148 Myrtle Street Site Plan Review Application
An application for Site Plan Review has been submitted to the Melrose Planning Board. The proposal is to demolish the existing structure and construct five (5) townhouse units with (5) parking spaces.

The case will be heard by the Planning Board next on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:30pm. The public hearing will be held virtually. Meeting access information can be found at the following link as soon as it is available: www.cityofmelrose.org/remote-meetings.
