Development Review
The Planning Board, which receives staff support from the Office of Planning and Community Development (OPCD), is charged with reviewing subdivisions, site plan approvals, and special permits for affordable housing, slope protection, and residential uses in non-residentially zoned areas within the City of Melrose.
