An application for a Slope Protection Special Permit has been submitted to the Melrose Planning Board to construct a single-family house on a vacant lot abutting 16 Montvale Street.

The Planning Board will hold the next public hearing for this case on Monday, April 29, 2024 in the Cassidy Conference Room, 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting starts at 7pm.
