Access Codes and Information for Public Viewing of Remote Meetings

The following public meetings will be conducted remotely via WebEx. The links below allow for the public to listen/view the meetings as remote attendees. Please note that for cybersecurity reasons, the public will be asked to provide their name and email address to access the meeting. All meetings typically broadcast by MMTV will be available within 24 hours of the original meeting at mmtv3.org.

2. Speak or comment during the public comment portion of the council’s remote meeting by virtually attending the WebEx meeting:
a. If you are interested in speaking, please send an email in advance to let us know. This will help the meeting facilitator expedite the queuing of the remote public comment process.
 
b.You may still notify the facilitator during the meeting itself that you would like to speak by using the raise hand feature on WebEx.

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the City Council will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
