- This Thursday evening, parents and caregivers are invited to attend a free online training, Navigating the Virtual World, that will inform attendees of current online risk-taking, preventative skills building, and caregiver/youth conversation skills. - The Healthy Melrose family fitness and wellness fair is returning to the Fred Green Field this Saturday and residents of all ages are invited! The fair will feature over 30 local vendors including food vendors, Kindred Crepes, Kim Gregory Pure Pastry, and The Farmacy Cafe, plus FREE karate classes for all ages, a free yoga class, and a boot camp.
