NOI - 910 Main Street Transformer Pad

Notice of Intent submitted by The Melrose Housing Authority (City of Melrose) for the replacement of an existing electrical transformer and its associated concrete pad, while raising the existing grade for the footprint of the concrete pad by approximately 6 inches. Said replacement work will occur within the limit of the FEMA Flood Zone AE. Flood storage volume lost due to grading associated with the replacement transformer pad will be compensated on site.
