- Current GIC Participants: use MyGICLink Benefits Portal to initiate any changes.

- Non-preferred slower paper method: Enrollment and Change Form-RS for municipal retirees and survivors to be mailed to Human Resources; 562 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176.
