Notice of Intent submitted by Quang-de Nguyen for removal of several garden/flower beds and installation of a swimming pool, concrete retaining wall, sundeck with paver terrace and stormwater infiltration system within the rear yard of the property.  The proposed work will be done at or around 31 Cranmore lane and within the 100 foot buffer to a wetland resource area.
