129 Tremont St - New synthetic turf

Notice of Intent submitted by City of Melrose for removal of existing synthetic turf carpet and replacement with in-kind new synthetic turf carpet and selective areas of subsurface drainage stone. The proposed work will be done at or around 129 Tremont street and within the flood plain and the 100 foot buffer to a wetland resource area.
