Temple Beth Shalom to Host 80s Dance Party on April 28

Temple Beth Shalom invites community members to break out their shoulder pads, parachute pants, and leg warmers for “Livin’ on a Prayer,” a 1980s dance party to be held on Saturday, April 28. The 21+ event will feature live music by Scattershot, a high-energy band specializing in hits from the 80s.

Guests are strongly encouraged to dress in 80s attire as prizes will be awarded for the best individual and group costumes. A 50-50 raffle will also be held.

“We’re excited to host a new kind of fundraiser this year,” said Eliza Roberts, a Temple Beth Shalom member and event organizer. “The party is going to be a ton of fun, and we can’t wait for everyone to let loose on the dance floor.”
