Melrose Education Foundation to Host 'Real Talk' on School Budget on February 28

This is a message from the Melrose Education Foundation.

Do you have questions about the school budget? Join us this Thursday for a ‘Real Talk’ panel discussion with school district leadership, classroom teachers, and parent volunteers. And bring a friend!

The event is intended to go deeper into the choices and challenges we face in our schools. Panelists will address questions shared in advance by attendees. There will also be time for questions from the audience during the discussion which will be facilitated by Beth McCarthy.

Panelists include:

  • MHS Principal Jason Merrill
  • Band Director Matthew Repucci
  • Hoover School teacher Joellen Beaudet
  • Melrose SEPAC Chair Sheilah Gauch
  • Bridge and PTO Volunteer Amy Swan
