Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic This Saturday, December 11 in Wakefield

The Wakefield and Melrose Health Departments will host a COVID vaccination clinic for Melrose and Wakefield residents ages 5 to 11 on Saturday, December 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The clinic will be held at the Galvin Middle School at 525 Main Street in Wakefield.

This clinic will service individuals who obtained their first vaccinations at Wakefield’s clinic on November 20 in addition to new patients. New patients can be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Individuals who obtained their first doses at the November 20 clinic in Wakefield have been contacted directly to schedule their December 11 appointments. If you have misplaced this email message with your unique registration link, please contact (781) 979-4130.
  • Youth who wish to receive a first dose should click here to secure an appointment.
  • Individuals who need a second dose but who did not receive their first dose at Wakefield’s November 20 clinic should click here to secure an appointment.

This clinic will only service youth ages 5 to 11; if you are looking to get a booster or initial vaccine for an individual aged 12 and over, find other vaccination locations near you.

Second shots for new patients will need to be obtained at an alternate site, like a local pharmacy or pediatrician’s office.
