Melrose Health Department Hosts Youth Vaccine Clinic on 5/21

MELROSE, MA—The Melrose Health Department will host a youth vaccination clinic Friday, May 21 for individuals ages 12-22 at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School from 1:30 – 3:30 PM.

This clinic is open to all Melrose youth: public, charter, private school and homeschooled students are welcome. While parents do not need to be present, any individual under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form with them.

Any staff who have not yet been vaccinated are also welcome to attend. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered and a second clinic will be held at the same location 21 days later, on June 11.

This clinic will be conducted by Conley Pharmacy from Ipswich, MA.
