The City of Melrose in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Club invites local families to a “Summer of Wellness" with free healthy meals and outdoor fun.

The program provides outdoor wellness activities and free lunch meals for EVERY age. The program will include activities promoting physical health, mental health, and overall wellness. Activities are held weekdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Hesseltine Playground at Horace Mann School. In addition to the wellness activity program, the Boys & Girls Club will also be partnering with the City of Melrose to distribute free healthy meals every weekday following outdoor activities (11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.). There is no identification required to participate in the meals program.

The weekday activities will run from now until August 11, 2023. See the full schedule here.
