Melrose Community Power is a program offered by the City of Melrose to provide residents and businesses with City-vetted options for electricity supply. Melrose Community Power does not replace National Grid, the electric utility in Melrose, which continues to deliver electricity, repair any outages, and billing, so customers continue to receive one bill.
