Affordable Housing Lottery Opportunity at 10 Corey St.

The City of Melrose has announced an upcoming lottery to rent an affordable 1-bedroom apartment at 10 Corey Street in Melrose. The deadline to apply is January 30, at 1 p.m., and the lottery will take place on February 7, at 11 a.m. via Zoom.

Those eligible for the lottery must have an income at or below the following amounts (80% of area median income):

• 1-person - $82,950
• 2-person household - $94,800
