Affordable Housing Lottery Open for Apartments at 99 Washington Street for Eligible Households

The Radio Factory Lofts is a brand-new development located at 99 Washington Street in Melrose. This community development is an adaptive reuse of a notable mill building and will contain 141 apartment homes including Studio, 1BR, and 2BR layouts. In total, there will be 19 affordable apartments within the Radio Factory Lofts that will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through this application process. To enter the lottery, the maximum household income limits are: $78,300 (1 person), $89,500 (2 people), $100,700 (3 people) $111,850 (4 people). After completing the Affordable Housing Lottery application, found here, the applications must be delivered, or postmarked, by 2 p.m. on August 16, 2022. Applications postmarked by the deadline must be received no later than 5 business days from the deadline.
