Public safety consulting firm Parow Consulting & Associates is conducting the search for the City of Melrose’s next Fire Chief, a role of utmost importance in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.
Parow Consulting & Associates’ recruitment process will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Structured interviews.
- A written essay questionnaire.
- A comprehensive assessment center to identify the strengths and weaknesses of top candidates.
- A complete investigative background check of the final candidate.
