The Week Ahead: Public Meetings & Events Happening in Melrose
In Melrose, public meetings and events open to all residents take place every week. All posted agendas can be accessed via this link, http://melrosecityma.iqm2.com/citizens/default.aspx, and public meeting video recordings can be accessed here https://vimeo.com/mmtv3/ (thanks, MMTV!).
Events of Note:
- As a result of this morning’s water main break affecting the area of Melrose St., Main St., Ashland St., and Lynn Fells Parkway, the Department of Public Works (DPW) has canceled today’s hydrant flushing. The cancelation has impacted the hydrant flushing schedule, which has been updated on the DPW’s webpage. View the updated schedule.
(DPW works to repair the water main break in the rain.) - This Saturday, the 3rd Annual Chalk Walk by Follow Your Art Community Studios will take place at City Hall, Ell Pond, and The Big Yellow House! To learn more, visit www.fyamelrose.org/chalk-walk/
