- Custodian is needed due to occupancy of over 60 people at an event per contract CATEGORIES OF USER GROUPS (See Chart for Applicable Charges Associated with Category)

- School department operations
- Official student activities
- School faculty activities
- School parent-teacher organization meetings under principal supervision
- All school booster clubs
- PTO functions
B. Any Non-Profit Melrose Group including:
- Melrose recreation and enrichment programs for young people
- Local scouting units
- Athletic activities by Melrose youth athletic groups
- Functions relating to City of Melrose departments, boards or committees
- Educational foundations
C. Any For Profit Melrose Group or Non-Profit Non-Melrose Organization
D. Any For Profit Non-Melrose Group or Organization:
Individuals and groups not covered under Sections A, Band C.
