Holidays in the Village Church Fair at Melrose First Baptist Church, Nov. 1st and 2nd

First Baptist Church, 561 Main Street, Melrose (corner of Upham and Main Streets) “Holidays in the Village Fair” will be held on Friday, Nov.1st from  6-9 pm,  and Saturday,  Nov. 2nd from  9am –2:00 pm. Come and enjoy an old fashioned two day country fair!  Friday night will feature great selections from  Rob’s Food Emporium and dessert at the famous Pie Social!   Enjoy lobster rolls, clam chowder, and chicken salad sandwiches  on Saturday!  There will be a two-day Silent Auction featuring  jewelry, art work, sports tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants and museums and much more. Many items in the Silent Auction will be auctioned on Friday night.  Enjoy baked goods, fudge and canned items from the “Village Yum Yum Store” and shop for unique handmade crafts and Christmas items. The “Baubles and Bangles Boutique” and “Village Accessories and More” will have a large selection of jewelry, scarves, handbags, vintage clothing and more. The “Gifts and Treasures Shoppe” on the stage are will feature small furniture items, china, crystal, dish sets, lamps, art work, new gifts and many other interesting offerings. Many items are from estate sales in the area and there will be a great selection in this shop.  There will also be lots of good deals in the large White Elephant Room. There Activities for children will be available and the Youth Group will be selling calendars.   Come for great food, a wonderful selection of items for purchase, and a time to sit and socialize!  The church is handicapped accessible.
