Important March 5 Primary Election Information

Election Date: The Massachusetts Presidential Primary Election is on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Melrose voters can head to the polls between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Gymnasium located at 90 Melrose St. For more information, visit www.cityofmelrose.org/elections

Vote Early In-Person: Early Voting in person will take pake in the City Council Chamber, located on the first floor of Melrose City Hall. For the complete Early Voting schedule, visit www.cityofmelrose.org/March2024EarlyVoting

Submit Your Mail-in Ballot: Mail-in Ballots CANNOT be returned at the polling location; in addition to mailing Mail-in ballots VIA U.S. Mail, they can be dropped in the secure ballot box next to the post office or submitted to the elections office leading up to and on election day

Apply for Your Absentee Ballot: The last day to apply for an Absentee Ballot Application is Monday, March 4 by 12 p.m. For more information, visit www.cityofmelrose.org/elections/pages/absentee-voting
