Opt Out Incentive for Health Insurance
- For Active Employees who are currently enrolled as the insured in the City’s health insurance and have been enrolled for the previous six (6) consecutive months and remain enrolled until 6/30/2024.
- The City has the following annual incentives: $2,000 per year for an individual plan and $5,200 per year for a family plan paid on a pro-rated monthly basis upon proof of other health insurance coverage.

- Mass4YOU. Employee Assistance Program through OPTUM for ALL benefit eligible employees and their families. They can access 3 free visits per incident counseling benefit and 24/7 access to resources.
