Swains Pond Avenue Modified Subdivision Application
On December 30, 2019, 0 Swains Pond Avenue Realty Trust submitted a Modified Definitive Subdivision Plan pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81T and 81W, in order to modify the previously approved subdivision on Swains Pond Avenue. The original Definitive Subdivision Plan for the property was approved by the Planning Board on October 26, 1998, and endorsed on January 25, 1999. The original subdivision was also for nine single-family house lots but the Applicant has proposed to modify the lot lines and roadway design that were previously approved.
The Planning Board held public hearings on the Modified Definitive Subdivision Plan on January 27, 2020, when it was opened, May 4, 2020, May 18, 2020, and June 8, 2020, when it was closed. The Modified Definitive Subdivision Plan was approved by the Planning on June 8, 2020 and filed with the City Clerk on June 19, 2020.
