Our morning boot camp workouts are creative, full-body workouts made up of body-weight
resistance exercises such as squats, lunges, and push-ups. Trainers may also choose to use
resistance bands, jump ropes, agility ladders and kettle bells. Our trainers are top-notch,
enthusiastic, skilled and best of all, super passionate about making your MBC experience
not only effective but also fun. Every day of boot camp is different than the last!

We prescribe to the training principle of muscle confusion. By challenging ourselves in different
ways and at different intensities, we keep our bodies and our minds guessing which keep the
workouts fresh and effective. We move indoors in January and we head back outside come spring. Our indoor boot camp location is Memorial Hall. Our outdoor teams meet on the Tremont Street side of Fred Green Field in Melrose but may move on from there so please be on time.

3 Days per week: $150 (5 weeks) $10 per class
2 Days per week: $110 (5 weeks) $11 per class
1 Day per week: $60 (5 weeks) $12 per class
Drop-in Class: $15 per class (Email Joy)
A late registration fee of $10 is added to the above prices 7 days before the session begins.
