Get 'Ashes to Go' on February 14

Below is a press release we received from the Green Street Baptist Church.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 14th, Rev. Michael Woolf the pastor of Green Street Baptist Church in Melrose will be at the Melrose Highlands MBTA station as a part of Green Street's 'Ashes to Go' program, beginning at 7:00am. Michael will be giving ashes to any who wish to receive them before commuters begin their day. Many people are not able to make it to church for Ash Wednesday and would perhaps be unable to mark the beginning of Lent in any way whatsoever. We hope this offers a chance to people who want to engage with their faith tradition if they so choose.
