The Week Ahead: Public Meetings & Events Happening in Melrose

In Melrose, public meetings and events open to all residents take place every week. All posted agendas can be accessed via this link, http://melrosecityma.iqm2.com/citizens/default.aspx, and public meeting video recordings can be accessed here https://vimeo.com/mmtv3/ (Thanks, MMTV!).

A few events of note this week:

  • The Melrose School Committee will interview the three finalists for the Melrose Public Schools Superintendent position. These interviews are open to the public.
  • This Wednesday, the Health & Human Services Department is leading a 1-hour wellness class, Steps to Destress, geared towards helping grandparents who are raising grandchildren find ways to relax.
  • On Thursday, Eliot Community Human Services, in partnership with the City of Melrose, is hosting a virtual Information Session about its new Community Behavioral Health Center that serves Melrose residents.
  • And this Saturday, The Bridge’s Trivia Bee Fundraiser is making its grand return to Memorial Hall.
