Tonight: Join the Melrose Human Rights Commission and Dr. Nancy Nealious for a Conversation on Race

The City of Melrose invites community members to join the Melrose Human Rights Commission and the Foundation Trust as they welcome Dr. Nancy Nealious Psy.D. for a conversation on racial trauma and its reverberating impact on both individuals and communities. The conversation will take place tonight, May 25, at Memorial Hall from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the all.

Dr. Nealious is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years’ experience serving individuals across the life span. She has several areas of clinical interest and expertise, including complex trauma/abuse; relational conflicts; personal identity development (racial/ethnic, sexual, and spiritual identities), and acculturation issues.

She is passionate about training and educating organizations and communities on issues related to culture, diversity/inclusion, trauma, and mental health management, especially among minority communities.
