Summer Stroll is Friday July 27 in Downtown Melrose

Brought to you by the Melrose Chamber of Commerce and Presenting Sponsor, LCM PLUS, the 6th Annual Summer Stroll is scheduled for Friday, July 27, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in downtown Melrose. The Stroll invites you to experience downtown Melrose in a different way – eat, shop, socialize and listen to live music outdoors.

Main Street between Upham and Grove Streets and part of Essex Street will be closed to vehicles, creating a spacious walkway complete with outdoor dining, store sales, sampling, live music and more. Patronize your favorite restaurants and retailers, visit ones that are new to you, experience live entertainment and socialize with your friends and neighbors.

Entertainment in four different locations on Essex Street and Main Street will be provided by a variety of musicians and the event will feature a magician and illusionist who will entertain the crowds.

Thanks to the Pedestrian Bicycle Committee, free bike valet parking will be available on East Foster Street.
