Police to Host Opioid Talk on May 30

Police Chief Michael Lyle has announced that the Melrose Police Department will be hosting a community conversation about opioids on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Milano Senior Center, featuring Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, first responders, and recovery specialists.
All interested members of the public are encourage to attend this event to:
- Hear about warning signs and practical suggestions gleaned from the Middlesex District Attorney’s office’s ongoing opioid prevention work.
- Receive information on local resources for loved ones who are struggling.
- Get practical advice from first responders.
