Melrose DPW Motor Oil/Gas/Antifreeze Collection Event! Saturday 9/18

Where: the City Yard at 72 Tremont Street
When: Saturday, September 18 8AM – Noon
For: Melrose Residents
Motor Oil/Gasoline/Antifreeze: First 2 gallons per household FREE, then $2 per gallon, checks only, to “City of Melrose”
**Containers will not be returned**
Melrose DPW will be accepting electronics, metal goods, tires, CFL bulbs, mattresses and box springs for associated fees, found here.
In addition, residents may drop off books, textiles, mercury items, and dried latex paint for free.
City Yard stickers will also be available with proof of residency.
Reduce, Repair, Rethink, Reuse, Recycle.
