February Is Heart Health Month!

If you saw a lot of red at City Hall today, there's a good reason: February is American Heart Health Month, and the Health Department encouraged everyone to wear red to raise awareness. They also had a special event for City Hall staff, with blood pressure checks, healthy snacks, and information about exercise, diet, and heart health.
