Farmers Market Canceled on October 10 - but 2 Vendors Will Be There

Dear Shoppers,

In the 26 years of the Melrose Farmers’ Market running, we have canceled maybe a handful of times. Although we are a rain or shine market, and pride ourselves on that, we will be canceling the Market this Thursday, 10/10 in light of the Tropical Storm that will be passing through. The weather will be bringing 2 inches of rain and gusts of winds up to 30mph. Normally we would not allow tents with high winds, as it is unsafe for vendors and shoppers, but with all the rain and the cold weather it will be absolutely miserable for everyone. 

Roberto’s Seafood will be there selling fish from his truck from 4-6pm and Moonlight Farm will be doing their CSA pickups at the park (from their truck) from 4:30-6:30pm.
