9/11 Moment of Silence

We ask members of our community to join us at 8:40 on the steps of City Hall for a moment of silence and reflection for those we lost. We will have the moment of silence at 8:46, the time five hijackers crashed American Airlines Flight 11 into floors 93 through 99 of World Trade Center North Tower.
