Campaign finance reports are available for public inspection and copying during normal business hours. MGL Ch. 55 Section 26 requires municipalities to post campaign finance reports and statements on their websites if the report discloses that a candidate or committee filing a report has received contributions or made expenditures in excess of $1,000 during a reporting period or incurred liabilities or acquired or disposed of assets in excess of $1,000 during a reporting period. Information and financial reporting may be accessed online at the state Office of Campaign and Political Finance | OCPF.
