Ethics and Conflict of Interest Portal

In 2023 the state Ethics Commission launched an online training program for the Conflict of Interest Law requirements for all Municipal Employees including unpaid, part time and appointive body members.  Please register using the link below. Once self-registered, you will access the training and the acknowledgment receipt directly from the platform.  Once complete, no further action is necessary.  You will receive an email from the commission containing your certificate of completion and you do not have to submit a copy to the clerk's office.  In the future you will receive reminder messages  when it is time to complete the training again.  Visit the website: https://massethicstraining.skillburst.com/User/index.php to access the platform.  

Please note: If you serve on more than one Board or Committee, you only need to complete the training once
