Quarterly Tax Reminder
Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2012 Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are due
Tuesday May 1, 2012

If you own Real Estate or Personal Property in the City of Melrose you should have received your Quarterly tax bill due, May 1, 2012 in the mail at the beginning of January along with the bill due that was due, February 1, 2012. If you did not receive or no longer have your bill please contact the Collector's Office at 781-979-4120 for a copy or come to The Collector's Office to pay your current bill.

Bills can also be accessed and paid online.

All Real Estate, Personal Property, Sewer and Motor Vehicle bills that are currently due may be paid online for as little as thirty five cents (less than the cost of a stamp) when you debit your checking account. This method also offers a service that will contact you via email when future bills are due. You may also be able to use most major credit cards but higher transaction fees will apply. Overdue bills are not accessible via the online payment system and will have to be addressed in the traditional manner either via mail or in person in the Collector's office at City Hall.
