Be it ordered that the Building Inspector
investigate whether the storage of construction equipment on a vacant lot
on 160 Green Street constitutes a violation of the Zoning Ordinances of
the City of Melrose. Said
storage is prohibited in all zoning districts other than I and BB, BB1,
see attached table of uses. In
the event that the Building Inspector agrees that there is a violation, he
should initiate an enforcement action forthwith.
