after the words Residential rate “$4.70” and insert in place
thereof “$4.85”; delete after the words Commercial rate “$5.75”
and insert in place thereof “$5.93”; further delete “effective July
l, 2007” respectively and insert in place thereof “effective July l,
2008” respectively.

“rate of $7.50” and insert in place thereof the words “rate of
