Rescinding Order No. 06-224:  Amending Melrose Zoning Ordinances, Chapter 235, Section 235-73.2, Subsection G to provide for administrative fees for the Slope Protection Special Permit application as set forth herein.

Amending Melrose Revised Ordinances, Chapter 15, Article IV, subsection 15-19 by deleting the title of said subsection from “Fees for design review.” to “Planning Board Fees.” and adding additional language regarding adoption of administrative fees as set  forth herein.
