Public Participation

Bob: Does anyone here wish to talk about conservation issues?

David: Have you visited Mt. Hood lately?

Priscilla Hook: Two weeks ago.

Terry Waugh: There is still a rust colored liquid going down to that resource area.

Priscilla Hook: All the hay bales are flooded.

Bob: With all the rain, the area has spanned out. I will have to take a look at it.

Terry Waugh: And around there, there is a heavy smell of oil.

Priscilla Hook: And another thing, supposedly that turnaround where the trucks are, they are filling, filling and filling. I think it is just dumping ground now. Too much fill. I don't see the reason for it.

Bob: That is further down. Why are they dumping there?

Priscilla Hook: I don't know. They are encroaching the golf course now.

Bob: Rick Amirault is downstairs. I will talk to him. We will give the orders going out and they will be responsible for the activity.

Public Participation Closed

Bob: Regarding Maple Terrace, Dave, could you have a drive by there sometime this week and see what is going on.

David: Has anyone indicated the berm has been removed or am I just riding down to see if anything happened?

Bob: Drive by to observe if anything has happened.

Voted: to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Nancy Pritchard
Commission Secretary
