About Melrose

Melrose Walks

Welcome!  Melrose Walks is a program designed to help people stay in shape and get to know their community. Walking and running are some of the best ways to stay healthy, lose and control weight, and feel better in general. This website offers several routes of varying difficulty for walkers and runners. Many of these routes include historical areas of interest in Melrose. You can use these routes as an opportunity to meet new people, get in shape, and explore your community. However, these are by no means the only good places to walk or run. For example the Lynn Fells Reservation is a beautiful, scenic area that many runners and walkers use very often. If you have any routes that you would like to share then simply e-mail your routes to the Mayor's office at mayorsoffice@cityofmelrose.org.
